Spreadsheet Delivery Instructions

1. Add the spreadsheet you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart".
2. After you are finished adding spreadsheet(s) to the cart, click "Check Out" button. This will bring you to payment page, where you can pay using major credit cards (Paypal account not mandatory).
3. Enter your payment information.
4. Once payment has been made, it will bring you to "Thank for your order" page.
   Click on "Return to Virginia Health Information" link to go to download page.
   
5. If you are not directed within 10 seconds, click the link directed on that page.
   
6. You will land on the page where you need to enter your email address you want the file(s) sent to, then click "Send file(s)" button.
